How do I search for a product?

Search for products is easy. Simply enter  the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details. How are shipping costs calculated?

We offer free shipping on all products.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that protect you enable you as to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received is fake.
  • The item you purchased has a manufacture defect or arrived in a damage condition. Kindly note that depending on the nature of the item we may request that you provide evidence in support of your claim. Such actions are necessary to protect your order and safeguard the integrity of our business.

Who is eligible for Buyer Protection?

  • If your purchase was processed on Jaky, you are eligible for our Buyer Protection.
  • Payment made when you are redirected outside of Jaky. are  not protected by us.

Which payment system do you accept?

Current we only accept payments made through PayPal.

What cases cases are not covered by Buyer Protection Policy?

The following cases are not covered under our Buyer Protection Policy:

  • Fraudulent charges to a credit card. If you notice any charge to your account that you did not authorised, report it to your credit card company with immediate effect.
  • Orders or payments made outside of Jaky.
  • Claims that an item was not delivered when the shipping company’s records show that it was.
  • Claims that an item is not as described when the evidence suggest otherwise.
  • Items that were delivered  as described but the buyer no longer wants the product.

What should I do if I am dissatisfied with the product or service.
